My First Three Miles

Day 2 of Training.  Attempting 3 Miles.

Easing in again with a lot of walking/jogging. But, I'm pretty impressed at day 2 I did three miles in 40 minutes.  Even with lots of walking, that's a pretty good beginners pace.

And, today... I felt great all day.  If running makes me feel good like this everyday, then it's a huge reinforcement to run!
