Good for Thinking

Three miles again in 40 minutes. 

Today, I ran mile two completely.  It was a 13:21 pace, which is terribly slow, but I'm not walking! It made me happy to know I could, at least, jog a mile now.

I'm leaving for NYC shortly and am eager to explore their city later today and tomorrow. Get some more miles in.  Plus, clear my head. There's a lot going on with me right now.  That is a great benefit of this training... it's been good for thinking.
